How do the zips work for nursing?
The zips are there if you need!
You can unzip and flip up the sports bra to feed on your chosen side.
To zip down, two hands are required - it's best to hold the fabric at the top of the sports with one hand, and pull the zipper down gently with the other.
If you'd prefer to not use the zip, you can also lift up the bra for feeding - as is - with it zipped down.

For woman with heavy letdown and leakage, these garments have been designed for light to medium flow to prevent the bras carrying too much milk. If letdown is heavy we advise to use a silicone milk collector that can be placed inside the garment or wear pads that you can take out during the night / day to keep nipple health in check and to not oversaturate the leakproof layers. Letdowns can be heavy in the first few weeks postpartum and generally settle over a period of time.
