Please inspect and try on the garments for size and style once they are delivered to your nominated address.

Given that our items are breastfeeding intimates, hygiene is of utmost importance.  Accordingly, please be aware that undergarments must be worn when trying on items.

 

    Shipping + Returns Policy

    Shipping Information

    Our team's main priority is to get your order processed and fulfilled as soon as possible! All orders are proudly processed and packed at Mumma Milla HQ in Perth, Western Australia.

    Once orders are placed - these cannot be cancelled due to our warehouse logistics.

    Orders are fulfilled and sent via Australia Post / DHL within 24-48 hours of placing (this excludes orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays/during Sale Periods)

    Please allow 1-4 Business days for warehouse processing during high
    volume peak periods.

    Once items are dispatched from our warehouse shipping times are as follows:

    Free Shipping applies for orders over $200 within Australia only.

    Australian Shipping
    Standard : 2-8 business days
    Express: 1-5 business days (from warehouse dispatch)

    *All Taxes, Duties and Fees are included at checkout for all international orders.*
    EU / UK Free Shipping for orders only applies up to 135GBP and150EUROS order value.


    Return Policy

    We want you to love your Mumma Milla items so we're here to help, but please ensure you read our terms and conditions below prior to making your purchase.

    • Refunds: available on all full priced, non-worn items only.
    • Store credit: available for all discounted items, sale purchases, bundle purchases and change of mind orders. All non-worn.
    • Exchanges : To give you flexibility and time with your new purchase we offer store credit only so you can re-purchase your items and sizes of choice, to suit you.
    • Final Sale : No returns are available on items marked as FINAL SALE, so please ensure you take the time to make your purchase, and reach out to us if you have any sizing queries prior to purchasing.

    • Return Fees:
      Please note: if you (the customer) need to return any pieces back to us, it is up to the responsibility of the customer to pay for this return - postage and re-postage. You can either send this back with your own choice of courier (at your own cost), or we can supply a pre-paid label for you (at an additional cost - $9.99) which will be deducted from your return.

    • Handling Fee : $10 handling and re-packaging fee is applied to all refunds only. For all store credits, this fee is waived.

    • Underwear : Please note all Belly Support Brief purchases are final sale and
      for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    Return Conditions

    It's part of our team's care to send you items that are in 100% condition, so please ensure your returns are sent back with the same care.

    • Please Note: If items have been worn they are not eligible for a return. It's important to try on your items first for fit and size.
    • Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached)
    • Take some time to ensure they are a good fit when you first receive them; some good tips include -- lifting your arms over your head, bending forward, and trying on with other items of clothing.
    • Make sure to check the underband and cup areas for fit.
    • Our Size Guide is there as a recommendation / "Guide". We do understand that every women is different, and may be going through a rollercoaster of physical changes and the garments may not be suited. This is why we encourage you to try on the garments prior to wearing them.
    • All return items must be sent back with no white deodorant marks or a strong fragrance scent.
    • All intimates need to be return unworn (you can try on your items with a thin bra underneath)
    • All garment hang-tags need to be 100% attached, not broken, or re-attached.
    • Garments need to be returned back in original packaging, not damaged or
      altered, and washed.
    • Items need to be re-packaged neatly and considerately, and not sent back squashed in your parcel as this damages the bralettes, and your return will not be approved.
    • Items must meet ALL of the return criteria to be eligible for a return.
    • Please ensure to include your order # and name on all return parcels.
    • Mumma-Milla reserves the right to not approve returned items if these conditions are not met.

    Lodge a Return

    All returns will only be accepted and processed if it's lodged via our Return Portal below. 

    • Please include your name and order number on your parcel so our warehosue team can identify it correctly for you.

    • All return parcels need to be sent within 7 days of lodging your return.If this time lapses, the return will be cancelled.
    • Non-identifiable returns will be kept for 60 days only.
    • If we determine that the item does not satisfy the conditions of the Return/Exchange Policy for Change of Mind, the item can be returned to the customer at their own cost.

    Change of Mind Returns

    Mumma Milla Return Policy for Change of Mind

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you can return to receive a store credit note for the value of, the item provided that the following conditions
    are met:

    You have completed and lodged an online return with us (specifying your original Order Number) within 14 days of the date of fulfilment (sent out to you), and subsequently returned the item to us within 7 days of lodging a return. Any items not sent back within this time frame will not be accepted.

    The item is in original condition, with all hang-tags, stickers, and clear packaging still in place and attached; and

    The item is clean (with no white deodorant marks or strong fragrance scent),
    unworn, not damaged or altered, and unwashed.

    MUMMA MILLA reserves the right to refuse a return if we feel that the item does not satisfy the above conditions.

    Return and re-postage delivery costs are payable by the customer.

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges : To give you flexibility and time with your new purchase we offer store credit only so you can re-purchase your items of choice, to suit you.

    Refunds

    A refund is available on full priced items which satisfy the conditions of the Return/Exchange Policy for Change of Mind.

    Please note that for items purchased as part of our “Sale” "Discount Codes", “Discounted Bundle Pack”, "Bundle15 Code" “Warehouse” or “Sample” collections (these items will be clearly marked as such on the product page with a discount), a refund is not available.

    All Sale / Discount Returns

    Store Credit only for “Sale Periods” “Discounted Bundle Pack”,  “Warehouse” or “Sample” items.

    Store credit is available only for items purchased as part of our “Sale” "Boxing Day Sale" "Black Friday Sale", “Discounted Bundle Pack -Bundle15 Code”, “Warehouse” or “Sample” collections (these items will be clearly marked as such on the product page) which satisfy the conditions of the Return/Exchange Policy for Change of Mind.

    Exchange: Your store credit can be used to re-purchase your sizes/ styles of choice.

    All returns during our Sale needs to be lodged within 7 days of receipt of your order due to high volumes - via our online portal.

    If your time has exceeded this 7 day sale window period, we unfortunately won't be able to accept it for a return.

    International Returns

    We unfortunately don't cover the cost for international returns at this point in time.
    Returns costs are covered by the customer.

    Please ensure you are aware of this prior to making your purchase.

    Insurance

    If "shipping insurance" is selected and included in your order an expedited insurance claim is available* if all criteria is met.

    For Loss/damage/theft of parcels please email us at admin@mumma-milla.com. 

    For all stolen parcels you will need to contact Australia Post and lodge an investigation.

    A stat dec and police report will need to be lodged with your your local police station.

    A case number will need to be provided.

    International Vat, Duties + Shipping

    Great news, all Duties, Taxes & Fees are automatically included at checkout for USA, EU, UK, CAD, R.O.W.

    • Fees are charged in accordance with each country's customs regulations and fee percentages.
    • This means all duties, fees and taxes will be paid for, and parcels will be delivered straight to you, and not held up in customs.
    • Please Note: Free Shipping only applies to orders under 135GBP and 150Euros.
    • For orders over these thresholds, Free Shipping does not apply.

    Gift Vouchers

    Gift vouchers do not include shipping / return / exchange costs.

    Pre-Orders

    Please note if you are purchasing a mix of pre-order and currently available
    items - these will be shipped ALL together, not separately.

    We advise to order separately if you'd like in-stock items shipped immediately. 

    Once the order is placed, pre-order items cannot be cancelled due to change of mind, prior to the order being shipped out

    Incorrect / Faulty Items

    We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect piece in your order. 

    Our Team packs every order carefully along with running quality checks on all orders before they are dispatched, however mistakes can still occur due to human error.

    Order Cancellations / Changes

    As our warehouse team receive orders as soon as they are placed, unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel an order once you have placed it. 

    Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. 

    If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item. 

    Care Recommendations

    • Mumma Milla Leakproof bralettes are a delicate intimate created from with a very fine knit
    • Delicate machine wash in a garment bag, or gentle hand wash in cool water
    • Once washed, garments need to be laid flat on a clothes rack / line for even drying/ retaining shape
    • Wash and dry dark and light colours separately.
    • Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry.
    • Do not wash in hot water - this can compromise the fabric.

    • The nature of our soft fabric is that it is a very fine knit, and therefore susceptible to pilling if it comes into contact with any textured or rough surfaces and clothing. Delicate care is advised ie. place in delicates bag during a wash cycle.
    • For those who are drying their bras during winter periods, with limited sunlight, it's important to make sure all layers of the garment dry quickly in a good ventilated and heated space to speed up drying time. Items should not be left damp for more than a day.
