SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CARE

First of all, thank you for choosing to buy from us at MUMMA MILLA. We appreciate your support and hope you fall in love with our product.

We will try our best to ship your order from Perth, Western Australia within 24-48 hours of receiving it via our online store.

Once you have placed your order online, a fulfillment notification will be sent to your email address, along with your shipping details, once we are ready to send out the items.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. This will be the final information inputted by our shipping department and no further changes can be made. It is up to the purchaser to make sure these details have been inputted correctly before purchase.


TAXES AND DUTIES 

For customers outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country.

These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.

MUMMA MILLA cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.

VAT is collected by MUMMA MILLA for all orders up to 135£ GBP in the UK and up to 150€ in the EU.  

Please note: All orders over this amount, VAT, Duties + Handling will need to paid by the customer when the parcel is delivered to your destination country.


MUMMA MILLA will declare the exact value of all items, in accordance with Australian export regulations.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender.

An automatic store credit will be applied to your account minus the Free Shipping amount carried by MUMMA MILLA.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

Please try on the garments for size and style once they are delivered to your nominated address. 

We’ll gladly accept a return for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the arrival of your purchase to your nominated address subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.

  • There is a strict return policy window in place as our items are breastfeeding intimates and hygiene is of importance.  A thin undergarment must be worn when trying on items.

  • A 7 day return policy from the day the item(s) have been delivered to your nominated postal address.  This means you have 7 days after receiving your item by delivery to request a return. If the return exceeds our policy timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return. 

  • SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS can be returned for a credit note or exchange These include our bundle packs which are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
  • This also includes temporary promotion / sales on full price items. We can offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the purchase.
    Refunds are not eligible for change of mind.

  • ELIGIBLE REFUNDS are subject to the following conditions:

    1. Return postage to be paid by customer
    2. Total amount refunded to customer less free postage (orders over $200)
    3. Handling and re-packaging fee 10% of product value

  • All items must be in their original clear sealed packaging, unworn and unused and with all hangtags attached (not broken) for hygienic protocol.
    (You may try the garment on for size.)

  • Bralettes that are not in their original clear sealed packaging or that have been worn are not eligible for a return.

  • The item(s) must be in original condition and sealed packaging, with tags attached. No white deodorant marks will be accepted on the intimate(s), and if the garment is not deemed returnable, the item can be returned back to the customer at their own cost. Intimates with strong fragrance smells will also be deemed non-returnable.

  • MUMMA MILLA reserves the right to refuse a return if we feel the item does not match or adhere to our standards.

  • Any returns/ exchanges that are not on their way back to us within 7 days from delivery will become void and you will have to contact us again for another return/exchange approval.

  • ALL returns and exchanges to us at MUMMA MILLA items need to be sent back in Perth, Western Australia and return shipping costs are payable by the customer, including international orders.  It's recommended to use a trackable shipping option. All International orders are eligible for an exchange / store credit.

  • Once delivered, returns still need to go through our inspection process before a refund/exchange can be issued.

  • Please note once returns are received it can take up to 5- 7 business days for us to process.

  • For all EU / UK orders - if the parcel is returned to sender and automatic credit will be applied to your account (excluding the Shipping Costs carried by MUMMA MILLA)

  • Extra duties and taxes may be additional costs once the parcel arrives at your destination, so please use customer discretion before purchasing.

PRE-ORDERS:

Please note if you are purchasing a mix of pre-order and currently available
items - these will be shipped ALL together, not separately at the end of Sept.

We advise to order separately if you'd like in-stock items shipped immediately. 

Once the order is placed, pre-order items cannot be cancelled prior to the order being shipped out.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do not wash in hot water - this can compromise the fabric.
Once washed, garments need to be laid flat on a clothes rack / line for even drying/ retaining shape.

ALWAYS wash and dry dark and light colours separately.

The nature of our soft fabric is that it is a very fine knit, and therefore susceptible to pilling if it comes into contact with any textured or rough surfaces and clothing. Delicate care is advised ie. place in delicates bag during a wash cycle.

For those who are drying their bras during winter periods, with limited sunlight, it's important to make sure all layers of the garment dry quickly in a good ventilated and heated space to speed up drying time.

Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in the shade.

Mumma Milla checkout is only able to accept one discount code or gift card code per order.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
