SHIPPING AND RETURNS
First of all, thank you for choosing to buy from us at MUMMA MILLA.
We appreciate your support and hope you fall in love with our product.
We will try our best to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it via our online store.
Once you have placed your order online, a fulfillment notification will be sent to your email address, along with your shipping details, once we are ready to send out the items.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. This will be the final information inputted by our shipping department and no further changes can be made. It is up to the purchaser to make sure these details have been inputted correctly before purchase.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country.
Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
MUMMA MILLA will declare the exact value of all items, in accordance with Australian export regulations,
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.
We offer an exchange or full refund. We do have a STRICT return policy in place as our items are intimates and we need to follow hygiene protocol.

We have a strict 7 day return policy one the items arrive to you as these are intimate items and we need to adhere to hygiene protocols.
All refunds / exchanges need to be made via our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving the item. If the portal does not allow you to proceed this means the return period has finished and we unfortunately will not be able to process this for you.
All items must be in their original clear packaging, unworn and unused and with all hangtags attached for hygienic protocol.
We cannot accept refunds for bralettes not in their original clear packaging, or that have been worn.
We do reserve the right to refuse a return if we feel the item does not match or adhere to our standards.
For an eligible exchange/refund to happen, all bralettes need to be returned in their original clear packaging, unworn, with hang-tags attached for hygienic reasons.
No white deodorant marks will be accepted on the intimate(s), and if the garment is not deemed returnable, the item can be returned back to the customer at their own cost. Intimates with strong fragrance smells will also be deemed non-returnable.
Once delivered, returns still need to go through our inspection process before a refund/exchange can be issued.
For ALL returns to us at MUMMA MILLA items need to be sent back and re-posted at your own cost.
There is a $12 handling fee for refunds.
We recommend to send with a trackable shipping service option, as we unfortunately cannot be liable for lost packages.
