SHIPPING
First of all, thank you for choosing to buy from us at Mumma Milla. We appreciate your support and hope you fall in love with our product.

We will try our best to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it via our online store.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders of $200 or more within Australia only.

Once you have placed your order online, a fulfillment notification will be sent to your email address, along with your shipping details, once we are ready to send out the items.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. This will be the final information inputted by our shipping department and no further changes can be made. It is up to the purchaser to make sure these details have been inputted correctly before purchase.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please email info@mumma-milla.com. We can generally offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
